Our Purpose
We are united in one accord for the following purposes:
- to praise and worship the Lord. (Psalm 150:6)
- to proclaim the full Gospel of Jesus Christ. (Mark 16:15-16)
- to proclaim the Kingdom Message of Restoration. (Mark 1:14-15)
- to present Salvation through Jesus Christ unto the lost. (Romans 10:9)
- to edify and unify the Body of Christ through continuous prayer, worship and fellowship. (Colossians 4:2; John 4:23; I John 1:7)
- to reach the lost at any cost through proclaiming the Word. (Acts 1:8)
- to teach the Body of Christ to follow after faith, without which it is impossible to please God. (Hebrews 11:6)
- To spread the doctrine of Jesus Christ throughout the world, to foster and encourage domestic and foreign missions, to draw together ministries that will form apostolic teams for worldwide impact (Acts 13:1-3).
- To be available to pastors and local church elders to help mediate church-related problems at their request (Proverbs 11:14).
- To serve as an arbitrator in matters with regard to SAINT ZOE PARISH CHURCH ministers pertaining questionable behavior when deemed necessary (Titus 1:10,13).
- To provide a forum where present truths can be pursued, encouraged, examined and judged in the light of the Holy Scriptures (II Peter 1:12; I Timothy 4:13; Acts 15:2).
- To sponsor annual gatherings for mutual strengthening, deeper relationships and spiritual challenges (Hebrews 10:25).
- To be Biblically sound and to keep the laws of the house, the pattern, the plan, the statutes and the ordinances of God (Ezekiel 43:10-12)
- To implement Bible Training Programs designed to operate under the full anointing of the Holy Spirit in order to train men and women to function in the five-fold ministry of Ephesians 4:11. Our conviction is that in exalting the Scriptures, we are exalting Jesus Christ who is the Living Word. The Bible Training Programs will also provide teaching and development to those who would be led of the Holy Spirit to build Holy Spirit anointed churches with a vision to save those who are lost and without Christ.
